Our parent company is a working BIM + AI delivery firm with paying clients across India and the Gulf — so the strongest path is internal hire at Nettms. Beyond that, our partner companies have hired our graduates across India, UAE and the UK. Two real paths. No guarantees, just honest support.
- Nettms first: Leaderboard points come from real Nettms project tasks. Top of the cohort gets first call when our parent company opens an AI or BIM role.
- Partner network second: Hiring partners across India + UAE + UK (TCS, Accenture, L&T, AECOM, Razorpay and more). Mentors make warm intros — earned by your work, not promised.
- BIM stipend pathway: 3 months in-cohort → 3-month paid stipend at Nettms (₹10k/mo) → permanent role on completion. Detailed on the BIM programme page.
