Why no weekend workshop yet
BIM does not compress into a weekend honestly.
Revit fluency, Navisworks coordination, IFC handover and an ISO 19650 CDE workflow each need real project hours. A 2-day sampler would sell well — but it would not get anyone hired. So we run BIM as the full 3-month flagship with a paid stipend phase at Nettms Urban Habitat instead.
If enough working professionals ask for a 2-day BIM intensive — focused on a specific outcome like clash detection on a real model — we will schedule one. Register interest below; the threshold for scheduling is about 30 confirmed seats.

Course + 3-month paid ₹10K/mo stipend at Nettms Urban Habitat → permanent role. 6 months end-to-end to a guaranteed in-house position.
